• Composition and Care: Light weight design, Made from Die-Cast Aluminium, 3 layer enamel finish. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Wipe with a sponge or soft cloth, rinse with hot water and dry immediately. Do not use to store food or liquids containing salt for long periods of time. Do not allow to boil dry. Avoid contact with metal utensils and harsh cleaning products to prevent damage to the surface
